Sales Manager - SaaS Solutions

As an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager at RENTAAA, an Australian-based rental management platform expanding globally, you will lead and scale our sales operations for our cutting-edge SaaS solutions. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and managing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, driving new customer acquisition through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building, and building and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You will also analyze market trends, maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in SaaS sales with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role, exceptional English communication skills, and strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics is required. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Preferred qualifications include experience in FinTech or related industries, knowledge of SaaS sales funnels and subscription-based models.
