We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires strategic thinking, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. A candidate with flair and knowledge of real estate is a bonus.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyse data to uncover new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research. Qualify leads and pursue opportunities that align with the company's target market and offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and challenges to effectively position our services and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our value proposition and win new business. Customise proposals to address client requirements and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product /service development to ensure the seamless execution of business development initiatives. Provide feedback from the market to inform product/service enhancements and improvements.


Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a background in real estate or B2B segments preferred. Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills, capable of influencing decisions and gaining trust. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing daily reports and client communications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
