Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner located in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing labor and employment law compliance, and managing performance management systems. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as advising management on HR strategies, resolving employee issues, ensuring legal compliance, and evaluating employee performance.
