Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner located in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing labor and employment law compliance, and managing performance management systems. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as advising management on HR strategies, resolving employee issues, ensuring legal compliance, and evaluating employee performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) management
• Skills in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in Performance Management systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Navi Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
