Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to manage existing accounts and develop new sales territories. The ideal candidate will possess a compelling sales personality, be an active listener, and demonstrate a strong desire to pursue and close new business through both cold calls and inbound leads. Salary & Benefits: * Salary: 5LPA - 12LPA (Fixed) * Work-Life Balance: No late nights or long work hours * Working Hours: 8-hour normal day shift * Environment: Positive and collaborative work environment Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain contact with potential clients to build relationships and schedule meetings. * Plan and implement new marketing initiatives to expand our market presence. * Identify new business opportunities by researching organizations and individuals. * Enhance relationships with existing customers while attracting new clients to drive business growth. * Identify and develop new markets to improve overall sales performance. * Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote our products/services. * Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for prospective clients, ensuring they align with their needs. * Set and achieve development team and business growth goals, monitoring progress to ensure targets are met. * Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development. Desired Profile: * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Business Development or similar role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Team player with demonstrated leadership abilities. * Positive attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
