Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and goal-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, meeting sales targets, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to senior management. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional activities and campaigns. Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds lasting relationships. Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team. Stay updated on market trends and competitors. Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role - 6 Months to 1 year. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to analyse data and sales metrics to drive decision-making. • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
