JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in sales and business development within the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in handling relationships with Consultants, Architects, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and will be instrumental in driving the sales of our PEB projects across Tamil Nadu. This role will require a dynamic, persuasive leader who can influence project sales, expand our market share, and lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for pre-engineered buildings (PEB) in Tamil Nadu, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
Consultant and Architect Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Consultants, Architects, PMCs, and other key stakeholders in the construction and engineering industry. Act as the primary liaison between the company and these external partners.
Influence and Convert Leads: Identify and generate business opportunities through the Consultants, Architects, and PMCs, converting opportunities into profitable projects. Influence key decision-makers to choose our PEB solutions for their projects.
Project Sales Management: Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle for PEB projects, from initial inquiry through to contract negotiation, ensuring timely and profitable sales closure.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Tamil Nadu. Use this data to fine-tune sales strategies and identify new business avenues.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the technical, project management, and production teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between sales and project execution.
Lead, Mentor, and Develop Team: Lead, motivate, and train junior sales team members, providing mentorship and guidance for achieving targets. Establish a high-performance sales culture within the team.
Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis. Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates for senior management.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from proposal to post-sales support, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to build a reputation for high-quality service.
