Job Description

Position:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner bank branches to drive Life Insurance business.
Engage, acquire, and manage
HNI and NRI clients
through the bancassurance network.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets through effective follow-ups and conversions.
Conduct training, joint field calls, product presentations, and other sales activation activities with bank staff.
Ensure exceptional customer servicing and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Track performance through reports, maintain MIS, and analyze business trends for growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
Minimum
2+ years experience in BFSI or Life Insurance Sales
.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Experience in handling high-value clients such as HNI/NRI is preferred.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.
