Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development

    : Drive sales for luxury villas by identifying and targeting potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up

    : Use various channels for lead generation, follow up on inbound inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
  • Product Knowledge

    : Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury villas and provide clients with detailed product information.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations

    : Conduct property site visits, product demonstrations, and engage in negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Sales Targets

    : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Documentation & Reporting

    : Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for sales transactions and report regularly on sales activities.

Key Requirements

  • Experience

    : Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in selling

    luxury villas

    or high-end real estate.
  • Skills

    :
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Customer-focused with the ability to understand and meet client needs
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
    • High level of professionalism and presentation
  • Availability

    :
    • Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of no more than

      15-20 days

      preferred.
  • Qualification

    :
    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
