Job Description

Role & responsibilities HVAC MANAGER Read & Interpret the drawings, specifications, BOQ, construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for new construction projects. Also draft new plans to design ductwork and piping systems. and execute the HVAC Works Including High and Low Side. Good Knowledge and experience in making load calculations to determine how much heating and cooling power various equipment must put out in order to heat or cool spaces when needed for both residential and commercial projects. Manage Day to day responsible activities assigned for the project. Check for Quality in HVAC works and Erection installation, testing and commissioning of all HVAC equipment. Undertake site observation and also need to plan, organize the review and evaluate the work. Lead the planning, sequencing and implementation of Project for HVAC works. Determine costs for cooling systems and write up detailed budget estimates. Follow all building codes and obtain proper building permits when necessary. Attending design review meetings and provide valuable inputs to the design consultant considering the project requirements. Attending respective project Monthly meetings, preparing notes. Responsible for coordination with site plans, architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical and plumbing, low voltage, fire protection services with respect to project requirement. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide direction and support to project team. Ensure Material specification with standard codes and models. Maintaining the Site Inspection and Factory Test reports of the material and equipment received. Review the contractor construction schedule. Reviewing contractors work method statement before executing. Review and certify the monthly RA bills of the contractor. Monitor and promote Quality and safety while execution. Exposure: Execution and Quality Inspection of Internal and External HVAC works Residential/Commercial Projects. Key Skills: MS office HAP Auto Cad Communication skills Minimum years of Experience: Candidate should have experience in between 8-10 years Educational Qualifications: B. Tech / B.E / DME in Mechanical Engineering.
