Role Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation levels. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales trends. Provide training and mentorship to new team members. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company. Analyze competitor offerings and adjust company strategies accordingly. Generate regular reports for management on sales activity and results. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. Develop a deeper understanding of the real estate market in India. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong analytical and statistical skills. Ability to thrive in a competitive environment. Willingness to travel for business purposes as required. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Understanding of market trends and customer needs in real estate.
