Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company located in Shahapur, Maharashtra (or any location in Mumbai), your role will involve defining and executing the sales strategy for the region. You will lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Moreover, you will be responsible for identifying new market segments, initiating outreach activities, and building strong relationships with key clients. Your role will also include forecasting sales, preparing budgets, and providing regular reports to senior management. Your qualifications for this position include having 2-5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, FMCG, Retail, BFSI, Banking, Insurance, or related industries. You should have a proven track record of achieving regional sales targets, along with strong leadership and team management skills.
