In this role, w e are looking for dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager with a B.Tech or MBA qualification to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategies, sales techniques, and the ability to drive business growth through relationship building and client management. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational targets. Job Title: Sales Manager Required Experience: 4+ years location - Tonk Road, Jaipur Expected Joining: Immediate to 15 days Budget: as per industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Utilize market analysis and business insights to identify new opportunities and develop competitive positioning strategies. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Prospect and acquire new clients through direct outreach, networking, and leveraging company resources. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate terms and close deals that are aligned with company goals and customer needs. Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use insights to refine sales approaches and product offerings. Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, cold-calling, referrals, and networking events. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management, tracking performance against targets. Analyze data and adjust strategies as necessary to meet KPIs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on business objectives, messaging, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications : Education: B.Tech or MBA (Master of Business Administration) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy. Additional certifications or training in sales techniques, negotiations, or customer relationship management is a plus. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of market trends and business development techniques.
