Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle

  corporate, OTA, MICE, and travel trade

  sales for Aveda Hotels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  sales targets

  and contribute to revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  corporate clients, travel agents, and partners

  .
• Conduct

  sales calls, client meetings, property promotions

  , and follow up for conversions.
• Prepare and track

  sales reports, forecasts, and business pipelines

  .
• Work closely with the operations and reservations team to ensure

  seamless guest experience

  .
• Identify new business opportunities and markets to increase revenue.
  
• Represent the brand at

  trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

  .
• Ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards in all communications.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong

  hospitality sales background

  (mandatory)
• Excellent

  communication and negotiation

  skills
• Ability to maintain and grow key client relationships
  
• Good knowledge of

  local Mumbai market

  , travel agents, and corporate clients
• Target-driven, disciplined, and proactive in sales activities
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and CRM tools (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
  
• Proven track record in

  hotel sales

  roles
