Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and complete all related objectives as outlined by Management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans with approval from the Director of Sales, fostering strong client relationships within the designated region or segment.
  • Identify and understand client needs through calls, meetings, and visits, ensuring effective lead conversion into confirmed business.
  • Prepare and present customized quotations, draft and dispatch contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals.
  • Conduct hotel site inspections for potential clients and manage reservations for guest rooms, banquets, and event spaces.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments by sharing work orders and ensuring seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records, providing feedback and insights to management.
  • Propose alternate properties within the hotel group when suitable, and share market and competitor insights.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, promotions, and market trends, updating senior leadership regularly.
  • Guide, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve collective performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and banquet departments to deliver service excellence.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies, budgeting, and promotional initiatives to boost visibility and revenue.
  • Plan and execute client engagement activities, networking events, and analyze source markets for new business opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
