Sales Manager

What youll do:

Identify and prospect potential clients through research and outreach
Schedule and
visit clients
to understand their business needs and challenges
Present and demonstrate our HRMS solutions to CXOs and HR decision-makers
Build and nurture strong client relationship
Drive negotiations, handle objections, and ensure successful closures
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

Min 5+ years of
B2B

end-to-end HR/payroll services sales.
Proven experience in
visiting client locations for product demos and presentations
Candidates from
payroll services or HR software sales
background preferred.
Must have experience with
enterprise sales cycles
and solution-based selling.
Strong
communication

presentation

negotiation
skills.
Demonstrated experience in selling to
CXOs or HR leadership.
