Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Rockway Weighbridge Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving business targets. This role involves leading sales efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets.
  • Identify new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.
  • Provide regular training, feedback, and support to enhance team capabilities.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Target Achievement : -

  • Monitor and drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales metrics and performance analysis.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Use insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to address client queries and deliver product demonstrations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the weighbridge industry or related technical products is a plus.
