Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Manager to spearhead the corporate outreach, partnerships, and business growth for our Training and Staffing verticals. This role demands strategic thinking, consultative selling, client management, and the ability to build scalable B2B channels. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and convert B2B clients for corporate training and staffing services. Develop and execute strategies to onboard enterprise clients and grow recurring business. Pitch SkillzRevo’s value proposition to HR Heads, L&D Managers, CTOs, and other decision-makers. Build strong business relationships and manage end-to-end client lifecycle—from prospecting to onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams (training, delivery, recruitment) to ensure seamless client service. Participate in RFPs, proposals, and corporate contracts for training and staffing assignments. Stay updated with industry trends and propose tailored solutions for upskilling/reskilling or talent acquisition. Represent SkillzRevo at industry events, webinars, and networking platforms. --- Required Skills & Experience: 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in EdTech, corporate training, staffing, or HR tech industries. Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets and building enterprise accounts. Strong understanding of L&D solutions, upskilling trends, staffing solutions, and enterprise HR workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and business productivity software. --- Preferred Attributes: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, HR, or Business Development. JOB DESCRIPTION OF SALES MANAGER (B2C) (ED -TECH )- NOIDA The B2C Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the consumer market. This role focuses on identifying and converting leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in B2C sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Location: Noida CTC- Upto 6 Lakh Per Annum Responsibilities: · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve B2C sales targets and revenue goals. · Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers through various sales channels (e.g., phone, email, social media). · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. · Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to potential customers. · Make target-based calls on a daily basis in order to convert leads · Generate revenue by selling SkillzRevo’s courses · Achieve monthly targets by converting active leads · Work in a high-pressure environment and meet given targets · Liaise between the internal teams and Course team · Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed · Manage end-to-end B2C Sales · Providing in-depth information to prospective users, including counselling through phone, email & chat · Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline · Handle Objections and Price negotiations to generate Sales Revenue · Track sales, maintain data and reports daily · Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services · Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms and conditions meet both company and customer requirements. · Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales. · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. · Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. · Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. · Proven experience in B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
