Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Manager to spearhead the corporate outreach, partnerships, and business growth for our Training and Staffing verticals. This role demands strategic thinking, consultative selling, client management, and the ability to build scalable B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and convert B2B clients for corporate training and staffing services.

Develop and execute strategies to onboard enterprise clients and grow recurring business.

Pitch SkillzRevo’s value proposition to HR Heads, L&D Managers, CTOs, and other decision-makers.

Build strong business relationships and manage end-to-end client lifecycle—from prospecting to onboarding.

Coordinate with internal teams (training, delivery, recruitment) to ensure seamless client service.

Participate in RFPs, proposals, and corporate contracts for training and staffing assignments.

Stay updated with industry trends and propose tailored solutions for upskilling/reskilling or talent acquisition.

Represent SkillzRevo at industry events, webinars, and networking platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in EdTech, corporate training, staffing, or HR tech industries.

Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets and building enterprise accounts.

Strong understanding of L&D solutions, upskilling trends, staffing solutions, and enterprise HR workflows.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and business productivity software.

Preferred Attributes:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, HR, or Business Development.

Exposure to the South Asia, Middle East, or global B2B markets is a plus.

A strategic thinker with a passion for driving client success and business growth.
