JOB DESCRIPTION OF TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER – NOIDA (WORK FROM HOME )
Position: Talent Acquisition Manager (Staffing & Workforce Solutions)
Job Type: (Full-Time)
Location: Remote (Initially ) ; Office -Noida (Later as per Management )
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead and scale our recruitment operations, strengthen our employer brand, and build a robust pipeline of skilled professionals for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Strategy & Planning.
2. Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with SkillzRevo Talent’s business objectives.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, ITeS, and emerging tech roles (AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud, etc.).
4. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and innovative sourcing channels.
5. Drive bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche hiring for client projects.
6. Oversee contract staffing, permanent staffing, RPO, and campus hiring solutions.
7. Track market trends, competition, and client needs to design innovative business solutions.
8. Represent SkillzRevo at industry forums, conferences, webinars, and networking platforms.
9. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with a focus on long-term client value.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
1. Act as the key liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams.
2. Understand client requirements and ensure timely, quality-driven delivery.
3. Build strong relationships with enterprises, startups, and SMEs to support staffing mandates.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing:
1. Promote SkillzRevo Talent’s Train-to-Hire and staffing programs across digital platforms.
2. Represent the company in career fairs, industry events, and networking forums.
Required Qualifications:
1. 6–10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or workforce solutions, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
2. Strong knowledge of IT & ITES hiring, bulk hiring, contract staffing, and RPO models.
3. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).
4. Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong analytical mindset with ability to deliver data-driven hiring solutions.
Preferred Attributes:
1. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, HR, or Business Development.
2. Prior experience in a staffing/recruitment agency or corporate HR with focus on IT & emerging tech.
3. Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
4. Leadership skills to drive a performance-based culture in the team.
