Role & responsibilities:

 

1. Lead Management & Conversion

·      Engage with qualified leads generated through marketing, referrals and other sources.

  • Conduct site visits, virtual presentations, and personalized walkthroughs to drive customer confidence.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to convert interest into bookings.

 

2. Sales Closures & Revenue Generation

·      Drive sales closures to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·      Prepare and present pricing proposals, negotiate terms and finalize agreements with customers.

·      Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sale agreements and timely payment collections.

 

3. Customer Relationship Management

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive referrals and repeat sales.

·      Address customer queries, concerns, and objections promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

 

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

·      Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to position projects effectively.

·      Provide feedback to the marketing and leadership teams to refine sales strategies.

 

5. Team & Process Support

·      Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion ratios.

·      Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, and closure trackers for management reviews.

 

6. Feedback Collection

·      Gather feedback from clients post-visit to understand their experience and address any outstanding queries.

·      Relay feedback to the reporting managers to help improve our offerings and client interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

·      Proven track record in real estate sales closures (preferably second homes).

·      Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·      Customer-focused with a consultative approach and go getter attitude.

·      High level of persistence and drive to achieve revenue targets.

·      Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, Reports and Presentation skills.
