Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager with 2–5 years of experience in the travel industry. The role involves leading sales efforts, driving business from corporates, HNIs, and group travelers, mentoring a small team, and ensuring achievement of monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for business class flights, premium holidays, and corporate travel solutions.
Identify, approach, and close deals with corporate & FIT clients and HNIs.
Manage and guide team to meet their individual targets.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and corporate pitches.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales within defined timelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Track team performance using tools and sales reports.
Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated with airline offers, visa rules, and travel trends.

Skills & Requirements

2–5 years of proven experience in travel sales / corporate sales / B2C sales.
Strong exposure to business class fares, holidays, MICE, and corporate travel.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed team sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or Hospitality.
