Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building strong customer relationships, and achieving company sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and profitability. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and execute campaigns. Negotiate and close deals with key clients. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Train and onboard new sales team members to enhance productivity. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated client concerns effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
