Job Description

Harbansh Lal Foods Pvt. Ltd. are hiring sales Manager to leads and motivates a sales team to achieve revenue targets and business goals. They develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and build strong customer relationships. Essentially, they are responsible for the overall performance and success of the sales department. Here's a more detailed breakdown of their responsibilities: Leadership and Management:

  • Leading and motivating: Guiding and inspiring the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Training and development: Providing coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance the skills and performance of sales representatives.
  • Setting goals and quotas: Establishing clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.
  • Performance management: Monitoring individual and team performance, providing feedback, and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Recruiting and hiring: Participating in the recruitment and selection of new sales team members.
  • Team building: Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Developing sales strategies: Creating and implementing effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyzing sales data: Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Forecasting sales: Predicting future sales performance based on market analysis and sales data.
  • Pipeline management: Managing and optimizing the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of leads and opportunities.
  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and customers.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Market research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Budget management: Managing the sales team's budget and resources effectively.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and other key metrics.
