Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive B2B sales growth by acquiring and managing

    builders, developers, architects, and contractors

    .
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across assigned regions.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.

Client Relationship & Closures

  • Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.

Team & Process Management

  • Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of sales executives and field teams.
  • Establish and follow structured

    sales SOPs

    for lead management, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, production, and accounts teams for smooth execution post-sale.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate sales MIS, forecasts, and pipeline reports using CRM/Excel.
  • Share regular performance updates and insights with management.

Key Skills & Requirements
