Job Description of Sales Manager
Please find below the key KRAs for the sales position. The candidate should have a minimum of 810 years of experience, preferably with exposure to the senior living segment.
1. Sales Target Achievement --- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
2. Lead Conversion & Closures-- Manage and convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings with defined conversion ratios.
3. Customer Engagement & Follow-ups-- Ensure timely, consistent follow-ups and high-quality customer interactions throughout the sales cycle.
4. Site Visit Management--- Conduct effective site visits, presentations and negotiations to drive closures.
5. CRM & Sales Process Compliance-- Maintain accurate CRM updates, documentation and adherence to sales SOPs.
