Job Description

About the Role:

We are hiring a motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to support business growth through active field sales and customer engagement. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, meeting clients, and achieving consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to generate new leads and business opportunities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closures
Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team

Eligibility Criteria:

13 years of experience in sales and marketing
Field sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under targets
Graduation preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed salary up to 4 LPA
