Role Summary: We’re looking for a results-oriented and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is a performance-driven role suited for a highly accountable, communicative, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving target achievement, coaching the team through check-ins and performance tracking, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the entire revenue function—including processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities Areas Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the sales team consistently meets set targets. Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales and adjust resources to align with targets. Team Performance Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve individual and group targets. Performance Monitoring: Track team member performance and provide corrective feedback based on data. Client Retention Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Account Management: Ensure key accounts receive consistent service to meet business and client needs. Collecting Data and Preparing Reports Record Metrics: Collaborate with Inside Sales Associate to maintain accurate data on conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and other KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Analysis & Reporting: Analyse collected metrics and prepare reports to inform strategy and decision-making on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Required Proven experience of 5 years in a Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role Effective leadership skills, strategic planning, team management skills and excellent selling skills. Ability to make data driven strategic decision Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Target-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
