Role Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled and solution-oriented Server Engineer to manage and support our server infrastructure. This is a hands-on analytical role for someone who is reliable, resourceful, communicative, and eager to thrive in a fast paced environment.  Key Responsibilities Areas Conduct hardware diagnostics, repairs, and quality checks on servers, desktops, and laptops to ensure compliance with company standards before dispatch. Perform accurate assembly/disassembly of systems and provide timely resolution, including occasional on-site server maintenance as needed. Efficiently handle repairs for servers, laptops, and desktops, ensuring timely resolution. Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of physical servers, including RAID management, hardware diagnostics, and system performance monitoring to ensure infrastructure reliability and high availability. Required: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in server hardware repair & troubleshooting.  Minimum education: 12th pass. Working proficiency in English. Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills. This role might require client-site visits to troubleshoot/repair our servers once in a while.
