Corporate Sales Manager — Corporate Gifting (Remote)
About The Opportunity
We are hiring a high-performing sales leader to own end-to-end B2B revenue for corporate gifting solutions—managing key accounts, driving pipeline conversion, and partnering with operations to deliver delightful, scalable gifting programs. You will work remotely across India, engaging procurement, HR, marketing, and agency partners to close strategic deals and grow recurring enterprise revenue.Role & Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle for corporate gifting deals: prospect, qualify, present solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close to quota.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts—develop renewal, upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase LTV.
- Build a repeatable sales playbook for gifting programs (employee recognition, client appreciation, promotions, CSR) and tailor proposals to buyer personas.
- Drive lead generation and pipeline development via outbound outreach, channel partnerships, RFP responses, and targeted enterprise campaigns.
- Use CRM to maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity stages, and sales activity; present weekly/monthly KPIs to leadership.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless program implementation and high NPS post-sale.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrable success in enterprise or mid-market account acquisition and quota attainment.
- Direct experience selling corporate gifting, employee recognition, merchandise, or experiential B2B services preferred.
- Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and stakeholder-management skills with ability to close multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho), sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and virtual presentation skills for remote selling and client demos.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working fully remote across Indian time zones.
Preferred
- Experience working with HR/Procurement teams, event agencies, or corporate marketing buyers.
- Knowledge of supply chain/logistics implications for gifting programs and an eye for margin optimisation.
