Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our finance business in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will work on an associate model, developing a network of agents, DSAs, property consultants, and financial intermediaries to source quality loan files and bring consistent business to the company.
This role demands a self-driven professional who can identify new markets, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth execution of loan sourcing and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sourcing
Identify, recruit, and manage associates/agents/DSAs to generate loan files across various financial products.
Actively source new clients and partners from the local market to drive finance business.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads for home loans, mortgage loans, business loans, and other financial products.
Relationship Management
Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with channel partners, builders, real estate agents, and financial consultants.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional support during loan processing and documentation.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
Create and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Team Coordination
Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing and timely disbursement.
Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in loan sourcing, DSA management, or financial sales (Banking/NBFC/Finance company preferred).
Strong network in Jaipur’s finance, real estate, and business community.
Good knowledge of home loans, mortgage loans, and other secured/unsecured lending products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Education
Graduate or Post-Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant certifications in financial services will be preferred.
