Hotel Experience - Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for generating revenue by driving sales and business development efforts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agencies.
Participate in trade shows, conventions, and promotional events within the hotel, the industry, and customer organizations as necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to secure business while ensuring profitability and adherence to hotel policies.
Track and report on sales performance, including revenue, bookings, and lead conversion rates. Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of meetings, conferences, and other group bookings.
Address client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
