Position OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The CRM will act as a key link between customers and the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, understanding client needs, and offering suitable financial/property solutions.
The ideal candidate will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and excellent at communication, with a strong background in banking, finance, or client servicing.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client requirements and provide customized financial and property solutions.
Act as the first point of contact for client queries, escalations, and assistance.
Regularly update clients on loan processing, property care updates, and financial status.
Business Development & SalesGenerate leads through networking, references, and company marketing initiatives.
Cross-sell and upsell various loan products and property management services.
Coordinate with banking partners to get the best deals and approvals for clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for loan disbursements and client acquisition.
Process & DocumentationGuide clients through the loan application process, ensuring smooth documentation.
Work with internal teams to verify documents, resolve discrepancies, and track approvals.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
Customer Satisfaction & RetentionConduct regular follow-ups and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Proactively identify customer concerns and resolve them in a timely manner.
Collect feedback to improve company services and strengthen customer trust.
Collaboration & ReportingCollaborate with the sales, operations, and property management teams.
Maintain close coordination with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer engagement, loan pipeline, and conversion ratios.
Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good knowledge of financial products, loan processes, and property management services.
Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–6 years of experience in customer relationship management, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
Experience in loan advisory, real estate, or corporate broking will be an added advantage.
Strong client-handling experience with proven track record in sales/relationship management.
