The role involves sourcing leads, nurturing them, converting them into paying clients, and supporting post-sales requirements. 💰 Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 🏥 Benefits: PF, ESI (ESIC) 🔑 Key Responsibilities 📊 1. Data Sourcing & Management: Source contact details of business owners & decision-makers from: LinkedIn, Indiamart, Justdial, MCA, industry directories, etc. Maintain and update the client & associate database. 📞 2. Lead Generation: Build rapport with influencers & associates: CAs, CS, consultants, OEMs, purchase heads, etc. Send emails, WhatsApp updates, LinkedIn & Facebook posts as per the marketing calendar. Conduct presentations & cold calls to create new business opportunities. 🤝 3. Lead Conversion: Collect requirement forms and understand client needs. Suggest suitable services, explain processes & share estimates. Convert leads into projects, secure advance payments & release work orders. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. 📈 4. Skill Development & Growth: Improve negotiation skills & service knowledge to grow into a Senior CRM role. Access training in Management Systems, Product Certifications, and other services. 📑 Reports & KPIs: Maintain Lead Tracker, Order Tracker & CRM Database. Key KPIs: • Leads vs Conversions • Sales Target vs Actual • Number of Associates Added 🧠 Skills Required (Pre-Sales / CRM)Strong communication & persuasion skills Lead generation & negotiation ability MS Office & CRM tools proficiency Target-driven & self-motivated 📌 Role: Customer Relationship Executive – Post Sales (ISO Certification Services) 💼 Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Client Handling: Manage existing clients for certification renewals, audits & surveillance. Convert leads into projects by sharing proposals, collecting payments & releasing work orders. 2. Lead Generation & Client Relationship: Maintain regular contact to generate referrals & new opportunities. Offer value-added support by connecting clients to relevant services. 3. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain lead, project & payment trackers. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices & invoices.
