Beauty Advisor

Job Title: Brand Advisor (Retail Channel)  Location: On-ground  Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Brand Manager  Key Responsibilities: - Product Expertise & Consultation: * Provide expert advice to customers on CHOSEN skincare and haircare products. * Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, concerns, and preferences. * Stay updated on ingredient knowledge, usage methods, and skin/hair benefits. - Sales & Target Achievement: * Drive sales at the kiosk counter through effective upselling and cross-selling. * Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the Kiosk's overall performance. - Customer Experience: * Ensure exceptional customer service to build loyalty and retention. * Address queries, provide demos, and handle objections professionally. - Visual Merchandising & Display: * Maintain product displays and tester hygiene as per brand guidelines. * Ensure all promotional materials are correctly placed and updated. - Reporting & Stock Management: * Share daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with backend team for replenishment. - Training & Brand Representation: * Participate in regular brand trainings and refreshers. * Uphold Chosen brand image, ethos, and standards at all times. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Prior experience in beauty retail or salon-based selling (preferred). - Strong communication & interpersonal skills. - Passion for beauty, skincare, and personal care. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Hours: 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday) - Fixed. Job location: Hospital, Velachery.
