Once the order is confirmed by the sales team and entered into our system, the role of the dispatch coordinator starts. - To follow up with the factory on the ready date of the material. - To get inspection sheets and put them together into a Packing list in the format which we use for our customers. - Intimate the forwarder about the tentative dispatch date of the order so they can take necessary approvals and book a space on the vessel on which this container can be loaded. - Keep the sales team informed of tentative dispatch and sailing schedule after coordination with the factory and forwarder. - Once material is ready and the booking for empty container is obtained from forwarder, coordinated with our assigned clearing and handling agent (CHA) to pick up the container from ICD / port and send it to our factory for stuffing of material into the empty container. - After stuffing provide invoice to CHA for shipping bill filing and then once that is done coordinate with both CHA and forwarder to ensure container sails timely and obtain shipping documents and upload on internal drive for team to access and share with customers.
