Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Domestic. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategies to drive sales growth, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets within the domestic market. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales efforts. The position is located in Mahela ( 30 kms away from Jaipur). The sales Manager should be willing to travel domestically as required and committed to working six days a week. Salary will be as per industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and operations
• Strong skills in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the natural stone industry is a plus
• Familiarity with the domestic market and sales trends in India
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
