RSG Stones is expanding its footprint across the US — and we’re looking for driven, dynamic individuals to lead the charge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales

  • Own revenue targets. Close orders with luxury stone distributors & retailers.

  • Build Relationships

  • Be the face of RSG. Engage key clients through visits & constant communication.

  • Open New Accounts

  • Prospect premium buyers, pitch high-end materials, and onboard new clients.

  • Stay Market-Smart

  • Capture design trends, price feedback, and competitor moves. Share insights.

  • Plan & Execute Trips

  • Structure USA visits for maximum impact. Submit reports & follow-ups post-travel.

  • Coordinate Seamlessly

  • Work with teams in India to ensure timely dispatch, updates & client delight.


Ideal Profile

  • Experience

5–10 years in international B2B sales — luxury products, building materials, or natural stones preferred


  • Location Flexibility

  • Open to candidates based in India (if not from the industry) or

  • Europe/Brazil (if from the industry with a proven network).


  • Travel-Ready

  • Must be comfortable with 15–18 weeks of travel to the US annually.


  • Relationship Builder

  • Confident, personable, and able to win trust with premium clients.


  • Commercially Sharp

  • Understands pricing, negotiations, and positioning product environment.


  • Organized & Proactive

  • Can manage follow-ups, reporting, and coordination with remote teams.


  • Presentation Skills

  • Ability to pitch materials with taste and conviction.
