Senior Sales Representative

Role Overview:

Sales Associate – PPE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the 

  industrial safety and PPE segment

  .
• Identify and engage potential clients in 

  construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and infrastructure

   sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and safety officers.
• Promote and demonstrate PPE products such as 

  helmets, gloves, harnesses, eyewear, and safety footwear

  .
• Conduct 

  product presentations, demos, and site visits

   to showcase product features and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, pricing, logistics, and after-sales support.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for business improvement.
• Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of 

  PPE products and industrial safety solutions

  .
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and target-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
• Basic knowledge of 

  MS Office and CRM tools

  .

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

   Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Science background preferred).

• Experience:

   2–5 years of experience in 

  PPE sales

   or related industries such as 

  Udyogi Safety, Hilti, Karam Safety, or Honeywell

  .
• Candidates with established connections in the 

  industrial safety equipment

   domain will be preferred.
