Senior Sales Representative

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to promote innovative technology solutions designed for schools and educational institutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, engaging with key decision-makers, and driving successful closures to support schools in their digital transformation journey. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with schools, colleges, and educational institutions in the assigned territory. Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for school management and administrators. Understand institutional needs and recommend suitable technology-based solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of leads, meetings, and sales progress. Represent the company in education-related events and exhibitions. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in sales to educational institutions or institutional hardware/software solutions. Candidates who have previously worked with schools or educational organizations are highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with fieldwork. Willingness to travel as required. What We Offer Salary range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month + travel and communication allowances.
