As a Business Development Manager at Havells, your role is crucial in expanding the company's presence in US markets. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop and implement strategic business development plans focused on regions aligned with US time zones. - Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients to maximize revenue opportunities. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth. - Lead negotiations and close business agreements to achieve revenue targets and sustainable growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company objectives. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities in international markets. - Represent Havells at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. - Provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends to senior management. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in international markets. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field; a Bachelors or Master in Electrical field will be Preferred. - Proven experience in international business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the technology sector. - Strong understanding of international markets, business practices, and cultural nuances. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. - Willingness to travel internationally to meet business objectives.
