sell Life Insurance and Investment Plans.

• Understand customer financial goals and recommend the right insurance products.

• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms with clarity and confidence.

• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.

• Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and empathetically.

Requirements

• Graduate with excellent English communication skills.

6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Insurance Sales preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome.

• Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling customer objections.

• Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
