Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Gurugram. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, and providing customer service. The daily tasks include introducing products or services to customers, managing sales activities, and maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Possess strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
Experience in Appointment Scheduling and handling Customer Service
Skills in Sales and the ability to manage sales activities
Proficient in maintaining accurate records and data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be an advantage
