Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Insurance professional, located in Kochi. While some work from home is acceptable, the main responsibilities include engaging with potential clients over the phone, explaining insurance products, and closing sales. The Telesales Insurance professional will also assist in managing insurance brokerage processes and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks involve reaching out to leads, following up with clients, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Insurance and Finance Experience in Insurance Brokerage Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus Show more Show less
