The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, providing information about our services, and persuading them to use our solutions. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining detailed records of calls and inquiries, offering excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. The role also involves customer support and training to ensure client satisfaction.
