Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist providing flexible work options to choose from on-site / remote / hybrid work environment.

Open for Full-time / Part-time / Contractual employment options.

The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting products and services, addressing inquiries and converting leads into customers or aligning them with sales team.

Daily responsibilities will include outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer records and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams will be an integral part of the role.
