The role available is a full-time hybrid position for a Telesales Insurance professional in Kochi. Although some remote work is permitted, the primary duties involve interacting with potential clients via telephone, presenting insurance products, and finalizing sales. Furthermore, the Telesales Insurance professional will be involved in overseeing insurance brokerage procedures and delivering outstanding customer support. Daily responsibilities consist of contacting leads, following up with customers, and achieving sales objectives. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a solid understanding of Insurance and Finance, along with prior experience in Insurance Brokerage. Additionally, exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities are required, as well as a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and working autonomously. Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools is essential. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is considered advantageous.
