Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients (IT, MNCs, agencies, brands).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage communication for event briefs, approvals, and updates.

Event Coordination

  • Handle corporate events such as annual days, conferences, town halls, product launches, offsites, awards, and engagement activities.
  • Share detailed briefs with internal teams (design, production, digital, operations).
  • Ensure events are executed on time and as per standards.

Planning & Proposals

  • Prepare proposals, concepts, budgets, run sheets, and production plans.
  • Conduct venue research, vendor coordination, recce planning.
  • Present proposals to senior client stakeholders.

Client Satisfaction

  • Ensure smooth client experience before, during, and after events.
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Build long-term client relationships.

Internal Coordination

  • Work with creative, production, operations, procurement, technical, and digital teams.
  • Review designs, budgets, and timelines before client sharing.

On-Ground Event Handling

  • Lead client communication during events.
  • Oversee branding, stage, sound, lighting, seating, registrations, and F&B.
  • Manage VIPs and ensure smooth event flow.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain event records, approvals, and post-event reports.
  • Prepare billing summaries, cost sheets, and MIS reports.

Business Development

  • Identify upselling opportunities (design, digital marketing, add-ons).
  • Support pitches, tenders, and RFP submissions.
  • Attend meetings and networking events.

Communication & Professionalism

  • Maintain high corporate etiquette in emails, calls, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

CRM & Process Improvement

  • Update client data in CRM software.
  • Suggest improvements for better planning and client experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in client servicing, CRM, or corporate event management.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, confident, and well-presented.
  • Experience in managing corporate events is mandatory.
