Job Summary:We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage and strengthen client relationships, coordinate between sales and support teams, and ensure smooth communication with customers throughout their loan journey. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update customer database (CRM software). Follow up with clients on loan documentation, queries, and processing status. Coordinate between sales agents, banks, and internal teams for faster resolution. Handle inbound calls and emails from clients regarding their loan status or new enquiries. Provide excellent after-sales support and client service. Generate reports and help management track client pipeline and performance. Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring their smooth experience. Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English both). Strong follow-up and coordination ability. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) and CRM tools. Basic understanding of loan products (home loan, LAP, business loan, etc.) is a plus. Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset. Qualifications:Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance preferred). CRM/customer support experience in finance, banking, NBFC, or real estate is an advantage.
