Job Description

A sales manager's job involves leading a sales team to achieve revenue goals through strategy, coaching, and performance management. Key duties include developing and executing sales plans, hiring and training salespeople, setting targets, managing the sales pipeline, and analyzing sales data. This role is critical for driving growth by overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Core responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning:

    Develop and implement sales strategies, create sales plans, assign sales territories, and set quotas.
